  • Elio Pagotto had been mandated as CIO for the KRISS group. For this fast growing international company, he developed and implemented the multi-site IT strategy and took the lead of the program OPERA which purpose was to improve the corporate organization. Elio convinces by his strategic analysis, the clarity of his concepts and implementation planning. He fits perfectly in a multicultural environment.   • I had the great pleasure of working with Elio Pagotto in 2009, while the service desk of a large internationally renowned client was restructured. Mr. Pagotto was mandated as project consultant with the mission to restructure and stabilize the service desk operating within this demanding customer environment.   • I worked with Elio Pagotto in pre-sale, project management and operational team management for different customers.   • As part of an organizational audit for one of our clients, I had the opportunity to work with Elio. This very strategic audit for this company had the objectives to assess the skills and structures in light of the digitalization of their business. The project was made of two phases, interviews of the teams throughout Europe followed by the restitution which included recommendations and potential opportunities, to the Executive Committee. Thanks to his competencies and expert’s point of view, Elio helped during preliminary phase to prepare interviews and in particular during the elaboration of the new organization. Elio has been a real asset on this project; he was able to quickly integrate and understand the client's situation and propose solutions throughout the mission. His listening capability, openness combined with his consulting background, in the area of organization and IS/IT, made him a relevant and demanding expert.

  • I had the opportunity to work with Elio during two years for the deployment of the ERP within KRISS Group, in Switzerland and the USA. I appreciated Elio’s competencies as IS/IT Manager: discipline, organization, commitment, ability to handle a wide variety of business and technical subjects, capacity to animate in French, English and German as well as to foster collaboration amongst miscellaneous teams.
